	2018-2021	Development of organic rice and utilization of organic waste for liquid organic fertilizer. Training in freshwater fish farming, mushroom cultivation, village chicken raising, and food processing industries. Continuity of organic rice production and aquaculture/livestock farming. Development of seedling businesses (572,000 seedlings) and utilization of compost in reclaimed land.
	2022	Development of industrial-scale fish and poultry feed production (1,200 tons/year) – establishment of a feed factory.Development of fish aggregating devices in Bunati and Angsana, 406 units.Expansion of agricultural business scale.Development of livestock farming in Ring 1 villages.Offline marketing at 30 locations & Online Digital Marketing.
	2023	All Ring 1 villages of PT BIB will become centers according to their respective clusters (Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, and Home Industry). Cooperatives will serve as the marketing hub for the products developed .
